All purchases are strictly non-refundable. Due to the service-based and digital nature of our consultancy work — including bug fixing, code auditing, and technical support — no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted once payment is confirmed and work has commenced.

Our services begin immediately upon payment. Because engineering time and expertise cannot be reclaimed once delivered, we cannot offer refunds regardless of outcome preference. If you are unsatisfied with the result, we are committed to working with you until the issue is resolved within the agreed scope — but this is handled through our revision process, not through financial reversal.

Unauthorized chargebacks filed after service delivery has begun will be contested with full transaction evidence submitted to Stripe and the issuing bank. We maintain complete session logs, communication records, and delivery confirmations for all engagements.

Scope: Each purchase covers the specific service tier selected. Work outside the defined scope requires a separate engagement.

Code Access: You are responsible for providing secure, authorized access to your codebase. We do not store or share your code after project completion.

Turnaround: Timeframes are estimates and may vary based on issue complexity. Emergency support timelines are guaranteed.

Revisions: Each service includes one revision cycle. Additional rounds are quoted separately.

Confidentiality: All client code, data, and business information is treated as strictly confidential.

Data Collected: Name, email address, WhatsApp number, and payment data. Payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe — we never access or store your card details.

Code & Files: Any code or files shared with us are used solely for the purpose of delivering the purchased service and are permanently deleted upon project completion.

No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes.

• Using our reports to build a competing consultancy service

Our proprietary tools, internal frameworks, and diagnostic methodologies remain the property of Unique Agency Ltd and are not transferred as part of any engagement.

⚖ Disputes

Dispute Resolution

We ask that any concern be communicated to us via WhatsApp before any formal action is taken. The vast majority of issues are resolved quickly through direct communication.

Chargeback Policy: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior contact constitutes a breach of these terms. We maintain detailed records of all communications, delivery confirmations, and session logs, which will be submitted in full to Stripe and the issuing bank.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Unique Agency Ltd (Company No. 17210790) is registered in the United Kingdom.
